At Frances Alvarez School of Real Estate, we are committed to providing high-quality real estate education. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, transfers, and refunds for the Pre-License Course required to sit for the State Real Estate Sales Person & Broker Exam.

• Full payment is required to reserve a spot in the course.
  
  
• Registration is non-transferable unless written approval is granted by school administration.
  
  

• 7 or more days before course start date: A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 administrative fee.
  
  
• Less than 7 days before course start date: A 50% refund will be issued.
  
  
• After the course has started: No refunds will be granted. This includes missed classes or voluntary withdrawal.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  
  

• If the course is canceled or rescheduled by Frances Alvarez School of Real Estate, students will have the option to:
  
  
  • Transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
    
    
  • Receive a full refund.
    
    

• Students may request a one-time transfer to a future course session if space permits.
  
  
• Requests must be made at least 3 business days before the course start date.
  
  
• A $25 transfer fee may apply.
  
  

• Students who do not attend and fail to notify the school in advance will forfeit their tuition and be considered a no-show. No refunds or transfers will be granted.
  
  

• The State requires full attendance of all mandatory hours for credit toward the Sales Person & Broker Exam eligibility.
  
  
• Make-up sessions are not guaranteed. Missed time may require re-enrollment.
